Is my application binding?

We ask you to only apply for a place if you actually intend and are able to take part. However, you can withdraw your registration at any time until you receive your travel confirmation, which is issued once payment has been received in full. Once your travel confirmation has been issued, withdrawal will be subject to cancellation fees as per the terms and conditions. We strongly advise all participants to take out cancellation insurance.
